If a student is posting inappropriate material on a board and the problem is not or cannot be addressed by other efforts to curb the behavior (e.g., deleting posts, revoking points, communicating with the learner, or having instructors block them on problematic boards), it is easy for an administrator to block and unblock them for the entire organization. As an organizational admin, go to the Admin board in the arrow pull-down at the top right, then open the tab that says "Users." A list of all users will appear. You can search the name of the person whose status you want to change. Simply change their status from active to inactive to remove activate or remove their account from the organization.
