Do This - 01. Use the help menu and live chat, and point students to them

We work hard to make sure our Knowledge Base and materials for getting started are as up-to-date and available as possible.  The easiest place to find these and other resources is the help menu at the top of the Yellowdig portal (see image below).  Our support team is also typically available for live chat from 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday, which can be accessed at the bottom right.  If you highlight these spots for students, they will quickly find answers to many of their own questions.
