Fall 2018 Support Update

2018's Fall Semester was the final semester where Yellowdig offered "Live Chat" via the "Help" button inside the platform.  Due to the low volume of Yellowdig students and instructors opting to utilize Live Chat, and the high volume of users submitting webforms and emails -- we have removed Live Chat to improve our reply time on webforms and emails.

The "Help" button in the bottom right corner of Yellowdig will remain visible to all users 24/7.  Students and instructors are able to click this Help button, search Yellowdig's Help Articles, and submit any requests or questions using the webform provided.
